Individually made to order in the La Cornue workshop in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône, just outside Paris, every Château range is handcrafted, numbered by its artisan, and built as the realization of its owner's unique vision.
With more than 8,000 possible configurations of sizes, colors, trims, and cooking options, no two Château ranges are exactly alike. Each features La Cornue's signature vaulted oven, first introduced by Albert Dupuy in 1908 and still regarded as one of the most innovative cooking systems ever created. Available in seven sizes, from a graceful 30-inch model to the magnificent 71-inch Château 180, the collection is complemented by matching cabinetry, hoods, rôtisseries, and accessories.
